Because we are a small family run full service oil company, we understand the challenges that face our customers, friends and neighbors when it comes to heating your homes. As such, we strive to make the process as simple and affordable as possible.
We offer will call and automatic oil delivery at a reasonable daily price.
Automatic Oil Delivery
We use the Degree Day System for all automatic deliveries. This system tracks your usage and forecasts when you will need a delivery, so you never have to call or remember to check your tank. We've got it covered for you!
How does degree day automatic delivery work?
"Degree Days" are determined with a calculation subtracting current outside temperatures from a base 65 degree temperature. That number is then used to calculate a K-factor for each customer based on house size, typical usage, etc. After each delivery we re-calculate to project the next delivery date. And....most importantly, your house has the oil it needs when it needs it!
Our automatic oil delivery option is available to any client who signs up for our annual service contract and includes 50% off of parts on existing equipment.
Will Call Oil Delivery
Want to track your own oil use? No problem, we are happy to offer will call oil delivery anytime you need it. Simply call the office and let us know you need an oil delivery. We'll give you the daily price on the phone. Please note there is a 100 gallon minimum on all will call deliveries. No service contract is needed for will call oil delivery. However, if you do choose to use our annual service contract along with your will call oil deliveries you will receive 25% off of parts on existing equipment.
Heating Assistance
We want to make sure you’re always able to have heating oil, so we will happily work with local agencies that offer heating assistance programs. And we’ll work with you to find a solution if you fall behind in your payments.
